I'm in aggreeance
This one was taken in Atlanta, Georgia. I honestly don't know whether to laugh or cry. We're ranked 50th (although my brother-in-law, a teacher in Gerogia, assures me that we are gaining on Mississippi) in education. I'm beginning to see why. I'm happy to report, however, that the sign was changed. I'm not sure who Fred A. Toomer was, but I'm sure he's rolling in his grave.
